What are the exchange, return and refund policies for zayanscollections.com?
1. If the customer does not understand the product, he can return the product within 7 days and get his money back.
2. If the customer wants to return the defective product and buy another product for the same price, he can do so within 7 days.
3. If a customer receives a defective item, he can exchange or return it by providing proof of the defective product.
Note: Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7-14 working days.
Option 1
You can return your products directly to zayanscollections, Karachi, once we receive your products at zayanscollections we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash within 14 working days.
Option 2
Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Onclick, We will deduct Rs 150 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
How do I return Onclick products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased zayanscollections products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
If you purchased zayanscollections products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
